Samurai Wagyu Beef
Wagyu is Japanese for black cattle. It is a typically heavily marbled meat which gives a moisture and tenderness. It has quite a delicate flavour and is intensely sweet. A                      definite melt in your mouth dish!

Patachawarra Beef
The flavour comes from natural free-range properties in South Australia's limestone coast region. The young cattle are still drinking milk and just starting to eat grass which gives the rose pink coloured meat quite a distinctive                      flavour.
